"Here's my experience at the shop in Sector 9: Gave my bicycle on Monday for some general maintenance and tube replacement. Was called on Friday saying it was fixed. That's when I started seeing the problems. First test ride I went for I saw the rear brakes weren't touching. Second test ride I found out that the gears were misaligned by 2 readings! While fixing the gears the mechanic broke the front shifters and told me it must have broken while riding (I didn't even touch them). I had to spend 5 more hours in the day just to get the cycle fixed. Even 20 days after I'm finding out new problems like the fact that they put the wrong tubes and that the rear brakes touch while riding. The bill for fixing my bicycle was 3,800, over which so far I have spent 1000 rs just undoing what they did. Take my experience as a warning if you have an expensive bike try and get it fixed from either Delhi or Gurgaon, if you have a normal bike you're better off going to a place that doesn't charge as much. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anybody"

"They don't provide all the accessories and parts , comes with the bicycle, so be attentive at the time of purchase . They also try to push damaged tool kit and accessories. After Billing the shop owner will even stop looking at you so make sure before billing you bargain properly. Avoid buying from this shop"

"They give me Ralson bycycle tubes @ 350/- when i was checked with other shop @ sec 09 in noida price is 100/- same tube. Kindly check the price before buying."
